The purpose of STAMP is to provide an opportunity for young people (18 to 25+) to participate in a year long program of learning and ministry within Australasia. The course will comprise 6 months of "in class room work" at Gosford, on the Central Coast of NSW, followed by a 6 month field assignment at a congregation within Australasia. Each student will also participate in vocational training using the TAFE NSW Open Training & Education Network (OTEN) for the 12 month duration of the program.
There are many young people in the church in Australasia that are wanting an enjoyable ministry experience while at the same time building good Bible knowledge, lasting friendships and skills for chosen careers.
STAMP is designed for 18 to 25+ year old Christians living in the Australasian region. People from both Australia and New Zealand are invited to share in this experience.
STAMP has three key components spread over a 12 month period. The program involves a period of Christian education, practical field experience and vocational training.
